I needed a large amount of brambles removing from my garden. TM Landscapes provided a really competitive quote to the point where I didn’t feel the need to go out and get further quotes. Their professionalism was excellent, always on time, were clearly working hard and did a job that far exceeded expectations that I had. I really great service and a company who I would highly recommend.
These guys are brilliant, I needed a fence with a gate to split my garden strong enough to keep out our pot bellied pig, Tom was extremely knowledgable and talked things over with me frequently and was always on hand with any questions I had via email and messaging, he recommended all the materials I would require at a great price. I was having a new patio installed and a current patio relayed and it’s been a disaster. Part way through the job Tom took two parts of the job out of scope (a recess cover and a step) without discussing with me and without discounting these from the original quote. I was then also asked to provide some of my own materials for the job despite the initial quote saying all would be provided. On the final day I was told I would need to pay additional funds over the original quote for the job to be completed – despite two items being taken out of scope and me providing some materials! On completion I raised the mortar between the slabs looked too dry and sandy and I was concerned it wouldn't set. Tom ensured me it would be fine but it soon proved not to be the case I few weeks later the slabs hadn't set and they started to move and crack. Tom promised he would resolve the issues but never showed up. On lifting the slabs you can see there is only sand and no mortar underneath them The waste from the job was also not cleared away as had previously been agreed. For 6 weeks I was promised this would be removed but hasn’t been Spent thousands, less was delivery than we’d had agreed yet the price went up and I am left with a drive blocked by waste materials and a 2 week old patio covered in cracked and uneven slabs. Not a happy customer
