Had me daughters wedding there in oct food is very average/ poor,and starters are all ways cold there because they don’t have any warming facilities there . Mainly as we finished me daughters nikha upstairs room the manager came 3 times to switch the lights off and kept telling us to come down so I lost my temper with him and all most chasing and demanding my £15000 back only then he apologised and said sorry reason also we needed to walk the bride and get her ready and he was rushing us for nothing and the food wasn’t even ready . Absolutely disgusting behaviour and service by 12 years old kids absolutely a joke service will not recommend or use again cheap place middle of no ware ….
Excellent staff, service, layout and food. My daughter was very happy with everything and the staff did everything to ensure that she and the guests are well cared for and happy. Nice clean toilet and ablution facilities. Nice foyer area for pictures. Bridal suite was nice set-up for pictures. Amazing throughout!
Was really surprised by how nice it looked inside, had never heard of it or seen it before as it’s in a residential area. The layout was big enough to accommodate a small wedding party of 100 guests. Would definitely recommend if planning a small wedding. Can’t really go wrong
The general grounds and outside appearance looks derelict. It would be nice for a bit of turfing or lawn and flowers or some controlled garden. Make the external as inviting as the interior. Inside the main hall is clean, spacious and decorations can be adapted for a wedding ???? reception, a cultural gathering or a serious business conference. A kitchen space and facility for you to bring your own hot meals makes this family friendly. The tiled marble effect flooring gives this venue a great feel. Pity one of the gents toilets seemed out of use.
Good venue, friendly staff, love the "upgraded and modernised" inside the banqueting hall. But you have constantly follow up on your instructions/requirements from the venue - particularly the decor side Been here a few times and this little detail remains constant and they run around last minute. Besides that, good and convenient venue with a flexible approach.
