I really enjoyed my facial. Excellent head and face massage good value for money. My skin still feels great 2 days later.

Love it there! The girls are all very friendly, I found my hairdresser and hair extension's specialist Karina and absolutely buzzing! Perfect blonde! I also had my nails done by Sarah, I was very impressed by the quality and care! And- Nicole- she did my friend's lash lift and did a facial for me, very refreshing, I was a bit worried at first as in the past I got really bad acne after a facial but not here, she listened, assessed my skin and did a great facial. If you are looking for one place to get everything done- this is definitely the place for you! Highly recommend
Absolutely lovely service from start to finish. I destroyed the heck out of my hair during lockdown and they managed to make me look like a normal human again which I did not believe possible. I am generally an anxious person and hairdressers can be pretty nerve wracking for me in general but they were so kind and pleasant and didn't judge me for the horrible things I had done to my hair. 11/10 - only hairdressers for me now!
very dispointed . i had my hair cut and at time of appointment no price was confirmed but they online price listed 28 pound for long hair was priced they dont have card machine and after hair cut wanted 30 pound felt humiliated when confronted that i was not told this price change luckily i had change even tho i expressed my concern i was insulted by saying pay 30 pound because it took lady long time to do my hair and it was blown dryed not straightend lol like i was explained this cost diffrence before choice not fair customers service and no proof of price going up and other customers were getting charged less very unpleasant expiriance put me of them and hair avarage can get better cut else where for that price. but about how they made me feel very very humiliated and unfairly treated and missold service. advise to salon update your price listing on line and proof of price change its criminal to behave like such bringing some on the spot and demanding price increase. and no evidence backing your demand also making some one feel they are wrong to question their fualt to confirm price at appointment booking time and to blame customer thick hair very unfair if you are not clear right from the start and then gang up on with excuse
