Called the guys out for two lots of work now. First one was making a stone archway wider and safer, came out quickly and started the job the next day. Great work and really good price. Then needed a chimney removing and dropped a text, again out the next day and work done! Really responsive, great work and always tidy up after themselves! Really friendly and can ask for advice etc and they’ll be happy to help. Won’t hesitate to get Bravado out for any future works. Cheers again lads! Jake
Bravado builders were professional throughout. Our extention was discussed prior to building work being commenced, to ensure we were getting what we wanted, and we were kept up to date with work done and what was left to do. The site was always left clean and tidy. The team were approachable. Our home extention has made a massive difference to our home life! We love it! The garden was landscaped and looks fantastic. Overall, we would definitely recommend Bravado Builders and have already passed their number on to friends considering building work.
James and his team did an amazing job of knocking down 2 internal walls. One was a supporting wall and one latch and plaster. James came the same day to quote and sent the quote straight away. The quote was very detailed and included everything we had asked for. He was very informative and talked us through the whole works. They cleaned up everything at the end of the day. Their standard of work was excellent. The price he quoted was the price we paid. Although James's was the only quote I had I thought it was more than reasonable. I can definitely recommend Bravado Builders and we will have them back anytime to work on our home. They have transformed our home now. Thank you James and team.
James & the boys carried out a large rear dormer loft conversion for us on our house. he quoted everything we asked for & all works were clearly detailed on his quote so there was no confusion regarding what was included/excluded. His quote was very competitive, he came out to assess the loft & once we were happy we then instructed him to proceed & he gave us a start date which was duly met. during construction James kept us updated with progress & consulted on any minor issues that arose & always ensured we were in agreement before any works commenced. Workmanship was spot on & my wife & I are extremely pleased with the finished build quality. Everything was completed the way we wanted & came in on budget for the quoted price. Even though material costs had risen from when he quoted, he still honoured his quote which is very rare these days. Only extra costs we encountered were the variations we specifically asked for & again James confirmed costs of any variations before any additional work commenced. i would definitely recommend Bravado to friends & family, the only negative comment i have is that the build was completed a few of weeks late but overall we were very happy with the end result. The dormer was completed mid January 2022 & had a couple of minor snags which James rectified very promptly as all his work is guaranteed.
