Bought a bracelet for my daughters graduation. Broke 1st time she wore it. Took it back. They said take back to our other branch. Full-time working mum With a wedding to organise. Why could they not sort it out. Very poor quality work.
The guy is so arrogant, he made me feel like as if no one is selling gold except him, I have been to way bigger shops than this and never had any experience like this one, exceptionally rude, never again.
The staff are so rude and very unwelcoming. Asked a staff member a simple question in a polite manner and he was so rude and disrespectful and walked away from me when I was talking to him. Left the shop annoyed would not recommend.
Very rude and unprofessional, have no customer service at all. I was asking for the price of an item and the breakdown and the guy would refused to give the price of the breakdown he was charge a lot more than usually. I think he didn’t expect me to know my stuff and my working out, the guy was charging £4k more on top of the gold price which was daft, i went mangla jewelers instead and they were great, they knew there working out and were very open and honest. Never go to these people again.
