Great jewellery shop. Great staff. My Mother bought my Daughter a surprise birthday present but it wasn't to my Daughters taste so when my Daughter took it back to the shop in the box as new they changed it to a lovely necklace without any fuss. All happy. Great service.
I wanted my wedding ring restoring and took it to Portman's. It looks better than it did when we got married, it looks amazing. The ladies of this family run business were lovely and friendly and I would highly recommend them
A great little local jewellery shop. The range is really good and totally different to the multi branch high street jewelry shop. Had a couple of watches and several items of jewellery from them and can't fault the pleasant family type service you get from them. They tend to remember customers very well which is nice and gives a great atmosphere. Also they're dog friendly, with their own spaniel often greeting customers.
