Brilliant! The recruitment team at Marmion (specifically Sophie and Alice) were absolutely amazing when interacting with me as a potential candidate. They really took the time to understand me - my skills, interests, job requirements and personality. They were very quick in responding to my emails and messages, so I was always kept in the loop regarding my application. Once they agreed I was a good fit for the company, they passed on my CV and details. Within a couple of days I was contacted by the manager at the company, who turned out to be very nice too! They helped prep me for my zoom interview and face-to-face interview, so I never felt like I did not know what was going on. I have had experience with other recruitment companies who were nowhere as good as Marmion, I would have to chase up for information or updates and wasted a lot of time trying to get in contact with them.
